HP BL G8 VMware Server Hangs after entering Login credentials

ESXi servers getting into hung state frequently  after entering ESXi credentials through ILO, It's goes to not responding mode

After checking logs of VMware and ILO and didn't found any issue or much information, based on research found it was caused by power saving mode enabled in bios is causing the issue. so we changed the power option to high performance and the issue is gone. the following are some of best practices, do your research before implementing

The quick reference guide below will help diagnose and rule out some common issues experienced in the 3PAR arrays.  CLI COMMAND – “STATVLUN” measures the round trip time of an IO as seen by the system. Running STATVLUN in the following order should lead to the resolution of a few performance issues: 1)      “statvlun –ni”   – The STATVLUN command without any switches will show the round trip time of IO on each path for exported Virtual Volumes. This is helpful to determine if there is a multipathing issue.
